Top or dress?

I was fascinated by this top.

I started making it, but then I could not decide - top or dress?
Alustasin selle tegemist, kuid siis ei suutnud otsustada - kas teha top või kleit?

I chose cotton, light yellow. Crochet hook 2 mm.
Materjaliks on mul puuvill, helekollane. Heegelnõel 2mm.
